1:32 pm in Uncategorized by evilbart

There was still one session in the IT Pro track that I could not disclose because the announcement was not made yet. But now that we announced the Dynamic Memory and RemoteFX capabilities in SP1 I can disclose the following session:

Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V and NEW SP1 features!

In this session, we will look at Hyper-V’s progression from Windows Server 2008, to R2, and will also give you a sneak peek of the new Hyper-V features coming in SP1.  SP1 will include both Microsoft Remote-FX and Dynamic Memory. These features are designed to meet the increasing needs of our customers as they utilize virtualization in their environments with Windows Server 2008 R2.  We will investigate how Hyper-V has continued to advance and how SP1 will address critical business and technology requirements.
