Error on adding drivers to package

Please help, this was all working fine until today. To my knowledge nothing has changed. All of the sudden we are getting errors on the driver package. When we check the log file it states it can not find the location. Deleted driver package and added a new one, it fails on adding driver to package. All I can find is points to permissions. But we have checked those and all reflect the correct permissions.
