System Center Indian Summer night: The speakers!

September 28, 2014 at 9:41 am in events by Dieter Wijckmans

A Scugbe System Center evening is cool for talking to your peers and fellow System Center experts… But it’s nothing without good sessions provided by top notch speakers. They commit to give you sessions straight from the field backed up by their knowledge they gained during their work with System Center. The 1st of October we managed to get again 2 speakers who will share their knowledged with you and of course be available afterwards to answer questions…

Meet your hosts for this evening!

a1dc88c3d12900b548d489576abf1486_400x400 Jan Van Meirvenne has been passionate with IT ever since he saw the Jurassic Park movie on TV. 17 years (2010) later he decided to rectify the biggest mistake in the movie: not using decent management software. Diving head first into the System Center stack ever since his internship he quickly gained a valuable amount of knowledge, becoming an expert on Operations Manager and Orchestrator, while also not being shy of toying with Service Manager and Configuration Manager if the opportunity arises. Being a hobbyist-developer he loves to extend and improve on the standard platforms and offer a deep level of customization possibilities to his customers. Using this versatile and broad knowledge, Jan aims to deliver the right solution for the problem or need at hand with a high quality standard.
JasonSandys Jason Sandys, ConfigMgr MVP, is currently a Technology Evangelist and Principal Consultant for Catapult Systems Inc, and has nearly 20 years of experience in a wide range of technologies, environments, and industries with extensive knowledge in implementing and supporting all things SMS and Configuration Manager beginning with SMS 2.0.

Jason is also active in the online support community, is a co-author of System Center 2012 Configuration Manager Unleashed (Sams 2012), was a contributing author to System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Unleashed (Sams, 2009), and is a frequent presenter at Microsoft TechEd, MMS, and various nation-wide user-groups.

So make sure to join us on the first of October!
